Je crois qu'à partir de l'étranger, il est beaucoup plus rapide et meilleur marché (pour tout le monde !) d'envoyer des billets de banque (sous enveloppe) par la Poste que de faire des virements ou des mandats postaux, en prenant pour insignifiants les risques de pertes ou vol...
Les cotisations payées après le 1er Novembre sont valables pour l'année calendrier suivante.

I think it will be quicker (and much cheaper, for everybody!) to send US or other
bank notes for the requested amount (15 Euro is about US $ 21 -add US $ 2.00
for change charges ), even considering the risk of this money being stolen or
just lost... The annual remittance sent after November 1st will be made good for
the following calendar year
